Please note; We don’t buy limited edition HV dolls on drop-day since there is a purchase limit of 2 items for 24 hours per household. We will purchase your doll after the limit is lifted. HV is good about having enough in stock to not sell out on the first day ☺️

You can choose to direct-ship (buy it from the brand company and have them ship it to us) OR you can send us the doll you already have. We will provide the address. 🙂
If you want us to order the doll please know that we are not responsible if the doll is sold out before we order it. We can discuss other options or a refund.
It can take 2 weeks to receive your item. This includes shipping time for both sides and the time it takes us to alter the item.
We will be provided updates throughout the entire process.
